What Is This Service?
FMC work with organizations of all sizes, with the goal of bringing their employees or members together under one aligned vision. It may be that the organization wants to develop their leadership team or create a development team or enhance the skills and outcomes of their sales team or improve the communication skills of their production team. What the team does is irrelevant; how they do it is essential to the success of each individual, the team and the organization.
FMC teach the leaders and team members how to see past the personal to the personality that drives the thoughts, communication and actions of each team member. By educating you on how to know your own drivers and those of your colleagues, empowers you to effectively engage with those colleagues and build a win/win relationship that stands the test of time. No matter what projects and challenges come at the team, they will know how to respond and who is best positioned to play strategic roles in that journey forward. More than this, the team then creates a strong platform of trust upon which develops new skills and enhanced outcomes.
This service involves team and individual coaching / training sessions. Each session would be 60 – 180 minutes depending upon the technique and outcome. The amount of sessions and pace of the sessions is to be established upon enquiry, as this varies significantly deeding upon time line / budget / size of organization / state of current situation.
