Whether utilizing our Personal or Professional Leadership Mentoring services, you have an expert on your team in whom you can trust and is there 100% for you.
You can openly share all of your challenges and fears in confidence and be guided and challenged by a mentor who has both the technical and hands-on experience that will move you forward into new levels of self confidence and skill.
Within organizational settings, mentoring is a commonly employed strategy for developing talent and fostering a deep sense of value and support for up and coming junior managers.
Our mentors skillfully combine coaching and mentoring techniques in all of their mentor relationships.
What Is This Service?
Helen Treloar, the founder and MD of Forward Momentum Coaching Pty Ltd offers her extensive business experience and expert coaching skills in a mentoring capacity to a wide range of clients. With a passion for assisting others to live life on their own terms and see the abundance of opportunity they have within them as they learn and grow, Helen works with men and women of all ages, in a professional relationship of trust, education, challenge, support and guidance.
Typically, to work with Helen you would have completed at least 2 personal coaching sessions with Helen or one of the Forward Momentum Coaches. You would be in a leadership role, aspiring to be in a leadership role or transitioning from a leadership role into a self employed role. You are looking to have someone in your corner who has walked a thousand miles in your footsteps, can talk from experience of managing people, business, processes and systems and has achieved success in all on a constant basis.
Mentoring is similar in its format to Personal Coaching in that the sessions are usually 60 – 120 minutes long and can be in person at the FMC Coaching Rooms in Wheelers Hill, Melbourne or via telephone or Skye anywhere in the world. Our clients have commonly referred to this service as Business Coaching. The sessions can be as regular as you choose and you have email access to Helen whilst in the mentoring relationship, to give you the opportunity to ask questions and seek specific guidance on key performance issues as and when they arise, on the job.
